The Board will consider and act upon the following:
- Ratification of Chairman's action in reducing the annual fund
distribution from 6.5% to 5%, so as to permit fund growth.
- The addition of Nancy Nichols and William C. Pees to this Board.
- Such other matters as may appropriately come before the Board.
